The Bassnectar team is thrilled to bring you the first ever BASS ISLAND adventure, part one in a spellbinding trilogy of music, art, and culture that will unfold on the beautiful South Island Field at Governors Island, New York City, on August 13th, 2011. We want to create a unique world to explore, beyond the realms of a normal concert experience. Much like the regional Bass Center events, we expect to ram this island to the gills with freaks and bass heads, as it is our only stop in NYC for the rest of the year.
